Partners Presentation The Groupe Local de Coopération Transfrontalière facility (cross-border cooperative group) has owned and operated the Salève cable car since 2006. The cross-border public structure is comprised of the Geneva canton, Annemasse Agglomeration and Monnetier-Mornex commune.
